　　1、Salltech Microelectronics is a high-tech enterprise specialized in designing, R&D, manufacturing and selling of Semiconductor discrete devices and integrated circui. The application fields cover communication, battery, automobile, industry, home appliances, security, industrial control, LED lighting and consumer electronics, including Thyristor，TVS，ESD，VDMOS，PESD，MOV，SKY，Zener Diodes，Swithing，Schottky，LED protectors and so on.

　　2、SMC set up a factory in Nanjing starting with the process of Diode back since 1997, Products are committed to high reliability and commercial applications. The products were sold with the brand name 'Sensitron semiconductor'. But after 2010's, it updates to SMC as brand sold into market. It currently has a 6 'wafer production line and a high power component assembly line.

　　3、NeoMEMS sets up in Sep.2010. In 2012, it involved with capital and shares to become a state-owned holding enterprise, its factory covers an area of 32,000 square meters. with the quality system ISO90001，ISO14001，QC 080000.

　　The main product line is silicon-based microphone, and the target markets cover consumer electronics, medical care, industrial control and automotive electronics.

　　4、APEXMIC( Ninestar is the Group corporation of APEXMIC ) is a high-tech enterprise of integrated circuit design recognized by the Ministry of State Industry and Information. It's an IC design IPO enterprises invested by the State integrated circuit industry fund. Its design includes Printer Controller SoC and whole series of consumable encryption chip. And also serves as the Global supplier of general consumable chips for printers and IOT chip solution provider. At present, apex's main business covers general microcontroller, security chip, IOT chip, Printer Controller SoC and printed consumable chip, etc.
