  After standing in the military posture, the coach divided us into two groups. Under the leadership of the captain, each group designed its own team name, slogan and team song. Compared with the name of the East Brother team, which is a simple and unlimited single team, the name of our Clippers team is much higher-end and high-end. After forming the team, we started today’s first competitive event, which is the Da Vinci Code. The captains will go to the coach to receive tasks and communicate tasks and rules. During the formal operation of the project, the team leader will be in the operation area as an observer. Team members will go to this area in turn, and according to the different tasks of each round, turn out the correct cards in order, and the team with the shortest time will win. Due to the inaccurate information transmission of our team and the underestimation of the enemy, we unfortunately lost to the big single team in this competition. Our task is to ask the team members to climb to the top along the iron pillar, then stand up on the iron plate, and finally jump up to grab the opposite horizontal bar, the whole challenge is considered complete. The towering iron pillar made many people start to hesitate, but we were not overwhelmed by difficulties. If you think of failure in your heart, you will fail. If you do not have the confidence to win, you will complete the task with confidence. , There is no success at all. If the goal is set too low and within reach, what motivation and development does the team have. People who just want to see the scenery from the mountainside will never appreciate the small openness of the mountains after climbing to the top. If you don’t advance, you will retreat. In the face of challenges, we are willing to cut ourselves off and move forward courageously. In the end, with the mutual encouragement of the coach and teammates, all of them became well-rounded.
